    Roles and Responsibilities :

    - Liaison with brand teams / category heads / product planning / business heads to understand and define content specific requirement in Ad/ Communication testing, Product testing, Packaging testing etc

    - Articulate project scope and problem statement to execute Consumer Insight Projects.

    - Have adequate knowledge and relevant experience of Market Research/ Insight processes. Core experience in Market Research, Marketing and /or Strategy is a must.

    - Considered subject matter expert on consumer behavior in FMCG/ Consumer Durables industry

    - Develop rich database of consumer behavior insights for various industries, FMCG, Consumer Durable, Media etc.

    - To work closely with the Research, Marketing and Customer Care teams from client side to understand business objective and identify Strategic problems which need solution

    - To create Consumer Insight solution for identified problems. These solutions could have a component of Tech based and/ conventional MR as well

    - Recommend action plans to the marketing and product team post completion of the research

    - Define categories of consumer behavior studies and roadmap for measurement of consumer behavior studies

    Job Specifications :

    - Deep knowledge of FMCG, Consumer Durable and Advertiser industry and evolving consumer need

    - Should have worked with or dealt with Insight functions / Research Agencies and should have a working knowledge of both insight processes and market research processes

    - Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PPT, Excel & Word are must have skills

    - Skills of Qualitative Research are must have, Focus Group Moderation and Depth Interview
