SKP has a 6 month's Contractual opportunity in Gurgaon for its IT Client [3 days a week at Client location]

This individual will be responsible for providing operational support, which includes assisting in areas such as HR administration, and finance, compliance, tax reconciliation support. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to building relationships across the teams. Primary responsibilities:
  • Support overall daily HR activities and general HR operational support to partner with local business leaders to increase efficiency and provide a comfortable working environment
  • Support the HR team in understanding local best practices, gathering benchmarking data and otherwise assisting in shaping a local competitive program guidelines and procedures
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process and serve as primary contact for any employee queries between the HR, Recruiting, Legal, Compliance, and Talent Development teams and liaise with any outside contacts related to payroll, immigration, or benefits.
  • Partner with employees and managers to provide advice and counsel, identify trends, issues and problem areas as they relate to employees. Recommend solutions, new approaches, policies and procedures to encourage continuous improvements on behalf of the company.
  • Previous experience with participating and preparing for termination exit meetings
  • Administer training and development programs to comply with local employment law, educate the local staff on the basic understanding of the organization including the trading environment, technology and other topics as appropriate.
  • Help to define and support the local culture of the Indian office while also aligning it with the core traits/values of Client Organization's history and culture
  • Provide operational support to other areas and/or participate in special projects as needed.

Required Candidate profile

Skillsets we'd like you to exhibit:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Office Management/HR administrative role within an office
  • Ability to speak fluent English, local dialects are a bonus.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in a small office is highly desired
  • Experience working in a fast-paced high tech environment or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrates reliable and predictable attendance
  • Capable of handling HR transactional and strategic role
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of local employment labor laws and HR practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication and first class interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Strong technology skills with systems such as MS Office, Concur Travel, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and Workday.

Salary: INR 4,50,000 - 6,50,000 PA.
