    Job Purpose
    1. Responsible for growing the Insurance business and the Budget achievement for the Insurance. The Insurance Manager will be responsible for the insurance business in a specified location under the Regional Insurance Manager

    To drive insurance income as a % of total sales for specified region/zone
    Maintaining relationships with the clients. (Insurance companies)
    Building relationships with the corporates and selling the insurance product to the corporate clients.
    To create working strategies within businesses and the insurance partners to continually increase insurance penetration
    To increase the wallet share by identifying various cross sell opportunities in the specified location
    To ensure regular meetings are held with the insurance partners and internal sales team
    To meet the customers and identify the insurance opportunities directly
    Ensure compliance as per the regulatory guidelines in the region
    To drive contests at the local level with the sales team
    Analyze Business MIS for driving business and conduct periodic analysis of portfolio & delinquency trends
    Have a good knowledge of all the insurance products
    Train the internal sales team on insurance products
    Review Business MIS, Trackers, reports and records on an ongoing basis
    Oversee and ensure that periodic MIS is published to concerned stakeholders

    Specialized Job Skills and Knowledge:Insurance product knowledge of life and general insurance

    Desired attributes : a) Good communication skills, b) Presentation Skill c) Stakeholder management

    Job Qualifications
    Desired Experience:4- 5 years Other desired attributes: Good Knowledge of insurance product, underwriting and risk.
