    Job Responsibilities-
    1. A self-starter and highly motivated, ability to work individually and within a team setting your own agenda
    2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constant interruptions
    3. People Management - youll be working closely with staff ranging from Senior Managers to support representative
    4. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective clients
    5. Reviewing and analyzing the requirements shared by the clients. Making recommendations to suggest the best possible product to suit their needs
    6. Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution by conducting Consumer Research
    7. Customer Retention, Up-selling, Brand Building and focus on the overall growth objectives of the company
    8. Work closely with Marketing, Category Heads and Customer Service teams to ensure superior customer experience and fulfilment of all Service Level Agreement
    9. Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking and social media
    10. Contribute and implement towards Marketing campaign activities
    11. Identifying the bottlenecks/gaps/requirements in the business development activities and coordinate with management in bridging the gaps
    12. Taking ownership of the BD activities that are assigned to the candidate and reporting of the same to the management.
    13. Willing to travel and candidates with own conveyance would be preferred

    Who we are looking for?
    1. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Negotiation Skills.
    2. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and excel
    3. Must be motivated, disciplined and exhibits a willingness to learn
    4. Support market analysis, data gathering, generating reports, competitive analysis and research, business case support, presentations



Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
