Roles and responsibilities
New client acquisition primarily focusing on positive relationships at all levels targeting the decision makers and hr professionals of organizations.
Understanding business requirements & acquiring customers or selling recruitment solutions including assessments, listings, work-flows and profiles database.
Identify, develop, support service and grow business in the assigned regions and markets.
Develop relationships across levels in the targeted customer organizations/clients.
Successful renewal of existing accounts and strategizing new clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Client servicing & ensures usage of inventories subscribed by constant handholding and regular product training.
liaison with the product team on regular basis and share market feedback for constant improvement
Take new solutions to market and ensure market penetration and enough traction to make it success
