Reporting To Sr. Manager / AVP Card Operations
Responsible for handling/executing credit card customer acquisition and quality management & control. Coordinate with responsible unit for daily follow-up and TAT management. Coordinate with vendors/outsourced employees to manage TAT and providing servicing to existing Customer Along with adherence to Audit & Compliance laid processes and guidelines
1Customer Related Coordinate with stakeholders and managing outsourced team to ensure deliverable to the customers within TAT. Support/execute back end customer related queries and complaints, undertaking customer service initiatives.
2Financial Working towards Increasing efficiency of the outsourced employee, implementing steps for Controlling costs as directed by respective manager and mitigate operational losses. Implement processing steps to eliminate non value add activities to reduce TAT.
3Process Execute/perform Operational activities i.e. Maintain TAT, Accuracy, Reconciliations, MIS Dashboards, Quality Audit/samplings, Deliverable execution DD / CC, Vendor coordination.
4People Outsource management, Training of External/Outsourced team members
C.Qualifications and Experience Requirement
EssentialGraduate / Post Graduate
EssentialMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking operations for cards or in customer service
System KnowledgeKnowledge on tools like Vision Plus , Finacle, CRM, AVAYA etc. Good knowledge of Ms excel and Ms Powerpoint. Knowledge of BI/analytics tool is a plus.
