About the Role  

Nationally lead to manage all postpaid & prepaid communication across all channels (sms /emails/eDMs) for all types of communication (promotion/service). Provide communication support for o New products and services o Circle and all CE/marketing vertical requirements Lead transformational projects for Postpaid & Prepaid to simplify and make the entire communication process more efficient Product/process evaluation from brand/impact perspective Develop style guide for different communication type for consistency/standardization Custodian for Communication Policy & Processes Overall Regulatory guidelines compliance and new norms implementation Best practice creation/ replication/ Projects

Key Responsibilities 

Implementation of new CLM framework Lead projects like Vernacular SMS implementation for Prepaid * Lead projects like Sender ID simplification, New UCC mandate Designing new product communication to achieve maximum ROI Complaint management for postpaid customers Enhance Customer communications Experience (Quality , correctness & relevance of scripts) Own customer communication and policies Benchmark with Telco and Non telco companies to adapt best practices Think consumer out and thus create/modify all comms accordingly. Automation of communication on customer lifecycle events Ensure all new products comply with regulatory and communication policy norms
