Job Description

Position: Customer Marketing Manager / Category Head

Experience: 3 to 6 years from Tire 1 or 2 B Schools from Retail Industry.

Work Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibility:
1. Key point of contact between brand teams and Modern Trade sales team (MT Head, KAMs and ASMs)
2. Responsible for co-creating and co-designing all marketing initiatives (consumer offers, promotions, events and visibility elements) and brand calendars with the brand teams
3. Responsible for aligning all brand plans with Modern Trade Head and Key Account Managers
4. Responsible for conducting post promotion analysis and owning brand calendars and brand budgets for the Modern Trade channel
