    More than 1 year experience in airline ticketing and reservation preferably in the travel or Airlines industry. Airline knowledge or agency back ground highly desirable. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular). Handle group bookings. Ticket auditing and quality assurance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Multiple languages will be added an advantage
