Queries from Clients local organization.
Processing orders in system based on processes, guidelines and procedures
Active follow- up on any open item
1- 3 Years of total work experience
1- 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service preferable(Non voice).
Expert in client and escalation management
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and Spoken English
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ready to work in evening shift
Good knowledge of Order to cash cycle.
