    We are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about helping customers derive maximum value from our software (SAAS) platform.

    You would be part of a dynamic team who would ensure customer satisfaction and ensure customer retention


    The Right Candidate Will

    Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner and help them resolve any problems faced when using the product
    Guide and navigate customers to the right solution to customer specific queries and use cases
    Being the front line support for customers over chat, email and social media
    Ensuring speedy resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction
    Help fix any bugs that crop up in the product and contribute to the feature documentation
    Discern customer needs to identify features worthy for product enhancement
    Work with our development team and suggest updates and features to continuously improve the customer experience
    Participate in the product planning process to ensure that features requested by customers are prioritized and implemented
    Strive to deliver a WOW! effect for our customers, to further enhance their perception of our product and company


    You also meet all of the following requirements:

    Enjoy solving customers business problems
    You have excellent verbal and written skills in English , and can explain concepts through clear and accurate writing
    Tech enthusiast , Eager to learn and build product knowledge
    Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
    Must be proactive & self-driven.
    Most of all, you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment full of young, overachieving tech enthusiasts
