Position Overview:

Title : Customer Success Manager
Location : Hyderabad
Work hours : 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Support US Customers)

We are looking for an Aggressive Success Driven leader who will act as the Client advocate within SmartDrive and work with internal teams on Client needs, future enhancements and solve any issues that arise. A standard component of the SmartDrive program is the Customer Success Manager (CSM).

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) should possess a mixture of consultative sales and analytical Project Management skills with a strong desire to do everything it takes to make the Customer successful!

We are in a fast growing Business space, and our people are the foundation and enabler of that growth. We are significantly expanding our team, and are looking for CSMs with a passion for high performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Client relationship, ensuring that all assigned Client accounts are obtaining value from the SmartDrive program, and ultimately be responsible for overall Client satisfaction.
  • Work closely to manage existing Client accounts and identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Drive end to end program management for the assigned accounts.
  • Handling International Customers, presentation skills, Customer Service, manage existing Client accounts.
  • Once the sale is complete, the CSM is responsible for taking over the program management and successfully ushering the Client through the process ensuring the Customer experiences the true value of the SmartDrive program.
  • A core part of this activity includes working with the Client on a daily basis to leverage the SmartDrive program to quickly and effectively understand the causes of the fleet's risk and how to achieve positive results.
  • Identifying right business use cases where what fix can be applied and work with customers for getting them implemented ensuring measurable results.
  • Provide proper training to improve adoption of our product.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Desire minimum 6 or more years in Account Management/Customer Success role experience in a large account environment.
  • Experience in handling International Customers (preferably US/UK) and Strong account management experience is a must.
  • Involved in the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding / pilot through the duration of their subscription period.
  • Data driven in-approach to identify usage gaps and providing solutions with measurable results.
  • Build value-based relationships with customers ensuring that they remain.
  • Negotiating and closing renewals with existing customers. Establish deployment goals and success factors and then develop a plan to carry them out successfully.
  • Have a strong business sense to keep looking out for new use cases and solutions using Transportation Intelligence to create win-win situation with customers.
  • Communicate and brain-storm with product team on customer feedback and help refine product roadmap.
  • Experience in managing customers both large and small and knowing how and why to manage them differently.
  • Demonstrate true passion for customers and for Customer Success.
  • Can handle handoffs from Sales to Onboarding and from Onboarding to Customer Success.
  • Strong listening and coordination skills to appreciate customer's concern and work along with tech team to successfully resolve them.
  • Have exemplary written and verbal communication skills to work along with international customers (US, Europe etc.).
  • Excellent experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and MS SharePoint and Dynamics.
