    Description

    • Manage and supervise a team of Customer Success Managers

    • Lead outcomes for client renewals, expansion, and advocacy

    • When needed, manage a small portfolio of clients: maintain relationships, optimize product performance, facilitate onboarding calls, business reviews, check-ins, and surface upsell opportunities to growth partner

    • Develop strategic team initiatives and KPIs for the CS team

    • Ensure CS team is able to achieve quarterly OKRs, and provide clear reporting on metrics

    • Regularly assess team processes to proactively identify risk factors and new growth

    • Establish a deep bench, helping your team to develop skills to enable strong customer relationship

    • Develop scalable and innovative customer programs that result in positive, measurable interactions with the CSS team and with the Glassdoor platform.

    • Make data-driven decisions, regularly analyzing and improving upon team processes by identifying risk factors and growth opportunities.

    • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, industry trends, and translating those into impact-drive solution for clients

    • 4+ years most-recent experience in a customer centric role

    • 8+ years experience in a management-level, client-facing role

    • Strong demonstration of leadership and mentorship

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while paying strict attention to detail

    • Excellent organizational and influencing skills

    • Excellent skills to create present to C-level, and top strategic customers

    • Public speaking skills

    • Excellent analytical skills
