    The Job

    • Creating and linking online orders to the appropriate account in the system and processing it on time with accuracy.
    • Working on regular basis with Customer Service team for order refunds, re-sends, charge backs and payment disputes and support accounts team for payment related queries.
    • Deal with courier companies for shipping queries and claims.
    • Creating weekly and monthly reports for Customer service performance.
