    As a Customer Support Specialist, you would interact directly with our Customer Base in a Post-Sales scenario to answer questions, provide assistance and resolve issues. Internally, you will work closely with various teams such as Operations/QA and Development to escalate situations as necessary and/or obtain appropriate direction/assistance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - 5+ years of experience in a Post-Sales Customer Support role

    - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

    - Flexible with work hours

    - Experience with debugging, tracing and working around Networking and Operating System issues

    Networking experience:

    - MAC : Ethernet

    - DHCP, Routing, TCP/IP, UDP

    - VPN (such as Openvpn)

    - FireWall, DPI and other middle boxes

    - FTP, Samba

    Operating System:

    - Linux

    - Docker

    - NFS, CIFS, iSCSI

    - Basics of drivers / kernel

    - Performance bottleneck detection for networking & storage

    - Basic integration knowledge of MAC, Windows

    Scripting:

    - Python
