The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met.
Experience/Knowledge with web computing, Android and Chrome devices, and other current consumer web-enabled technologies is required.
4-7 years of experience of hardware/software & PC support experience (mobile device, e-commerce, consumer electronics, home theater installation, wireless networking, electronics repair, software/OS troubleshooting etc.)
Should display excellent analytical skills, penchant for Customer Service and team player skills
Experience in a voice process preferred
