    The role incumbent will be part of the WW QTY/ REC organization. The employee will be responsible to perform all production level tasks related to Reconciliations and Accounting perimeter as assigned or that are part of the his/ her department mission.

    Primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to) performing reconciliation at Trade and Position level comparing the feeds from Front Office and Feeds from BO tools into the reconciliation engine.

    The employee is responsible for make in depth level of investigations on the exceptions in break management tools and allocate to the break responsible parties accurately. The employee is also responsible for ensuring that open breaks are followed up as well. The follow - up can either be through mail or a meeting and QTY member will participate in meetings as and when they are organized.

    The incumbent is responsible to track the volumes of the daily incoming breaks, monitor the rate of exception and report the allocated and unallocated breaks to the Team leader for MI preparation on a daily basis.

    The employee will also be responsible to help and raise to the Manager the need for creating a back up for tasks performed and will ensure that new joiners are trained on the tasks. He/ She will also ensure that documentation is created and reviewed at a pre defined frequency with the objective to highlight and add steps that are new and/ or omit the steps that are not needed to perform the task effectively.

    The incumbent will participate in all team meetings, Department meetings and Town hall if and when invited and contribute to the meetings constructively.

    The employee will be responsible for Error free Accounting, Posting of accounting entries on behalf of different BO's. The employee will be responsible to ensure that all the entries are checked with valid justification before validating the accounting entries. Review the accounting process on regular basis so that any new scenario reported by BO in the accounting perimeter should be analysed and aligned as per the existing activity.

    The incumbent is responsible to track the volumes monitor the exceptions and discuss and report the same to the Manager for further action. To apply best practices followed by the accounting team from other department like GTPS , FIND etc or vice versa to build synergy in the accounting area.



    A) Main Responsibilities:

    1. The employee will be responsible to perform all production tasks related to Reconciliations, Accounting and Quality & Control.

    2. The employee will be responsible to perform reconciliation at Trade and Position level comparing the feeds from Front Office and Back Office tools into the reconciliation engine.

    3. The employee is responsible for making in depth investigation on the exceptions in the Breaks Management Tool and allocate the same to the responsible teams accurately.

    4. The employee will ensure that all QTZ entries requested by the BO's will be posted within the required timelines and with the proper justification.

    5. The employee will ensure that all the reject and other reports are duly worked upon as per the SLA.

    B) Delivery and Operations:

    1. The employee should attend the Production Calls as and when scheduled.

    2. The employee will be required to respond to simple queries within the specified timelines.

    3. Assist the team in ensuring that the day to day tasks have been completed.

    4. Ensure that no real breaks over 5 days in the control of analyst and all the current breaks are precisely narrated and followed up effectively for resolution in line to the main responsibilities.

    5. Ensure that all the structural issues are identified, and forms are validated on time.

    6. Ensure daily checklists are followed and effectively utilized.

    7. Ensure all the queries received from the internal/ external clients are responded to in a timely manner.

    8. Complete adherence to email notifications and mailbox management.

    9. Ensure that all the EOD checks performed/ control checks followed i.e. on Bancs, Quartz or MET to ensure that there are no misses from our side.

    C) Continuous Improvement:

    1. The employee will participate in White Board meetings daily and make necessary contributions.

    2. The employee will also participate in the Problem - Solving Sessions (PSS) and contribute towards resolving the problem or issue at hand.

    3. Actively participate in the cross - training plans that have been initiated.

    4. The employee should share knowledge / best practices / exceptions with other team members.

    D) Operational Risk:

    1. Develop an understanding of the Operational Risks associated with the various processes in DARE/ QTY.

    2. Develop a good understanding of the various control measures instituted in the process to mitigate/ control the Operational Risks.


    A) Delivery and Operations:

    1. The employee should ensure that all day to day tasks are completed by the agreed timelines and should be with minimal errors.

    2. The employee should ensure that all current breaks are precisely narrated and effectively followed up.

    3. The employee should ensure that all the accounting entries are posted are with a valid justification.

    4. The employee should be able to deliver within 95% of the SLA (i.e. Max 5% incorrect allocation, posting, matching) .

    5. Ensure that all Morse+ and other daily checklists are maintained and performed on time.

    6. Ensure that all cash matching is performed on a daily basis without any misses.

    7. Ensure that no breaks are tagged to Structural without an approved Structural Form.

    B) Operational Risk;

    1. Ensure that all risk events are reported / escalated to reporting / functional line manager in a timely manner.

    2. Ensure that all incidents are logged and tracked using CMT.

    C) General:

    1. Ensure that all leaves are planned and approved in accordance with the leave policy.


    1. The employee should have a basic understanding of the various financial instruments.

    2. The employee should have a basic understanding of the reconciliation concepts.

    3. The employee should have a good team spirit and display attributes of being a good team player.

    4. The employee should display a certain level of curiosity and should show the wilingness to learn new concepts and ideas.


    Bachelor's degree

    in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics or equivalent

    Minimum of 2 years of experience into FOBO reconciliation

    Strong analytical skills

    Ability to work independently and multi - task

    Excellent organizational and time - management

    Comfortable in high volume and high stress environment

    Flexible to work on shifts as required

    At least 2 years of experience handling a team directly

    TECHNICAL SKILLS: Excel, Power Point

    LANGUAGE : English
