    Mission

    A. Main Responsibilities:

    1. The employee will be responsible to perform all production tasks related to Reconciliations, Accounting and Quality & Control.

    2. The employee will be responsible to perform reconciliation at Trade and Position level comparing the feeds from Front Office and Back Office tools into the reconciliation engine.

    3. The employee is responsible for making in depth investigation on the exceptions in the Breaks Management Tool and allocate the same to the responsible teams accurately.

    4. The employee will ensure that all QTZ entries requested by the BO's will be posted within the required timelines and with the proper justification.

    5. The employee will ensure that all the reject and other reports are duly worked upon as per the SLA.

    6. The employee should be able to perform ad - hoc tasks as and when assigned to him/ her. These would include, but nor limited not reporting and other tasks.

    B) Delivery and Operations:

    1. The employee should attend the Production Calls as and when scheduled.

    2. The employee will be required to respond to simple queries within the specified timelines.

    3. Assist the team in ensuring that the day to day tasks have been completed.

    4. Ensure that no real breaks over 5 days in the control of analyst and all the current breaks are precisely narrated and followed up effectively for resolution in line to the main responsibilities.

    5. Ensure that all the structural issues are identified, and forms are validated on time.

    6. Ensure daily checklists are followed and effectively utilized.

    7. Ensure all the queries received from the internal/ external clients are responded to in a timely manner.

    8. Complete adherence to email notifications and mailbox management.

    9. Ensure that all the EOD checks performed/ control checks followed i.e. on Bancs, Quartz or MET to ensure that there are no misses from our side.

    10. Ensure that an in - depth investigation is performed on all breaks that are aged > 5 days.

    11. The employee will ensure that all QTZ entries requested by the BO's are validated considering the proper justification.

    12. The employee will be required to respond to complex queries within the specified timelines.

    13. Review the breaks that are aged > 5 days in reconciliations performed by the Analysts and suggest measures so as to resolve the same at the earliest.

    14. The employee should ensure that all day to day tasks are completed by the agreed timelines and should be error free and accurate.

    15 The employee should ensure that all current breaks are precisely narrated and effectively followed up.

    16. The employee should pro - actively escalate breaks aged > 5 days in FOBO and breaks that require immediate attention to management for their prompt resolution.

    17. The employee should ensure that all the accounting entries are posted are with a valid justification.

    18. The employee should ensure that all the accounting entries validated have the valid justification.

    19. The employee should be able to deliver 100% of the SLA.

    20. Ensure that all Morse+ and other daily checklists are maintained and performed on time.

    21. Ensure that all cash matching is performed on a daily basis without any misses.

    22.. Ensure that no breaks are tagged to Structural without an approved Structural Form.

    C) Continuous Improvement:

    1. The employee will participate in White Board meetings daily and make necessary contributions.

    2. The employee will also participate in the Problem - Solving Sessions (PSS) and contribute towards resolving the problem or issue at hand.

    3. Actively participate in the cross - training plans that have been initiated.

    4. The employee should initiate knowledge sharing sessions / best practices / exceptions with other team members.

    5. The employee should play at active role in implementing process/ control improvement initiatives.

    D) Operational Risk:

    1. Develop a very good understanding of the Operational Risks associated with the various processes in DARE/ QTY.

    2. Develop a good understanding of the various control measures instituted in the process to mitigate/ control the Operational Risks.

    3. Suggest ways of improving the existing controls in the process.

    4. Ensure that all risk events are reported / escalated to reporting / functional line manager in a timely manner.

    5. Ensure that all incidents are logged and tracked using CMT.

    C) General:

    1. Ensure that all leaves are planned and approved in accordance with the leave policy.

    Requirments/ Qualifications

    1. The employee should be minimum a Graduate.

    2. The employee should have a minimum experience of 6+ years.

    3. The employee should have a good understanding of the various financial instruments.

    4. The employee should have a very good knowledge of reconciliations.

    5. The employee should have an good understanding of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint) .

    6. The employee should have a good team spirit and display attributes of being a good team player.

    7. The employee should display a certain level of curiosity and should show the wilingness to learn new concepts and ideas

    Profile

    Bachelor's degree

    in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics or equivalent

    Minimum of 5 years of experience into FOBO reconciliation

    Strong analytical skills

    Ability to work independently and multi - task

    Excellent organizational and time - management

    Comfortable in high volume and high stress environment

    Flexible to work on shifts as required

    At least 2 years of experience handling a team directly

    TECHNICAL SKILLS: Excel, Power Point

    LANGUAGE : English
