Conduct Training need Analysis \ GAP analysis for the business
Design and develop a robust training plan for all Operational deliverables
Ensure SLA compliance by regular quality checks & reviews
Plan & execute Training for various needs/ issues spelled by the client dependent upon individuals
Identify areas of opportunities with in the deal and evaluate options to address them
Gather updates from the Operations floor and the feedback from the Governance team through the Managers to make relevant changes to the training content, delivery style or assessment technique
Build capability to evaluate and enhance the communication with Clients\ Vendors and handle written and verbal communication effectively.
Content creation and delivery of developmental training modules
Collation of data and Presentations on soft skills Training during Client Visits.
