    Ensure that rooms have been maintained according to Novotel s standards.

    Ensure quality in all aspects of work and among the staff in the lobby.

    Le Club/ Accor Loyalty Program Guidelines are followed.

    Financial process & Guidelines are maintained .

    Ensure maximum room occupancy within agreed over booking policy.
