Job Description

The Deliver Head will be responsible for delivery, people management, forecast, utilization and stakeholder relationship for the designated practice in Hyderabad. He/She will liaison between onshore and offshore teams to manage Oracle Fusion projects which include implementation, Roll-out, Upgrades, Custom modifications, Development or Support. Collaborate and maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders (Internal & External).


Responsibilities: 

  • He/She will be responsible for managing team forecast, work assignments and weekly performance (i.e. utilization and project delivery)
  • Liaison with onshore project managers and sub practice leads.
  • He/she shall hold the GDC ownership for managing, tracking and coordinating the progress of projects that the offshore team is responsible for delivering, ensuring quality and successful services.
  • He/she will be responsible for understanding the project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure our teams deliver on the required activities and tasks.
  • Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively ascertain the roadblocks and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies to evade any delays in delivery
  • Analyzes business needs to ensure Hackett's solution meets the customer objectives.
  • Effectively applies Hackett's methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations.
  • Take the responsibility of building effective teams aligned with organizational interests, motivate and direct the same.
  • As a sub practice lead, assists and lead the project team with aspects of their roles.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to the delivery teams.
  • Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.

Essential Skills 

Job:

  • Possess 13+ years of total experience delivering Oracle projects (EBS and Fusion)
  • Ability to lead with confidence and communicate effectively across on-shore and off-shore business and technology teams
  • Functional knowledge across the ERP and HCM suite of products. Deep domain knowledge in either finance, supply chain or human capital management.
  • Technical knowledge across Oracle reporting, integration, conversion and extensions.
  • Full life cycle project experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple high- volume projects simultaneously.
  • Should have good experience in people management.
  • Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence.
  • Experience with configuration, conversions and integrating third partyapplication
  • Strong skills across MS word, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Office and other collaboration and unified communication tools.

  • Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have positive attitude.
