    The Deputy Manager should have experience in forecasting or analyzing data against budget figures for billing on a weekly and / or monthly basis. Recording statistics , billed seats and performance levels of the campaign and preparing reports. Handling complex client problems or enquiries regarding staffing , shift patterns , and number of staff required to meet operational demands

    Performance Responsibilities
    Coaching , motivating and retaining staff and coordinating with HR about bonus , rewards and incentive schemes
    Currently working in an International BPO in not less than an AM for 3 years is a mandatory requirement
    Reviewing the performance of the reportees , should be able to identify up skilling needs
    Maintaining up to date knowledge of Industry Developments and plan process improvements

    Results / Insight
    Assist Executive Management in pricing of new business based on historical liquidation rate and cost structure
    Assessing Leaders within the team and manage KRAs along with HR
    Focus on multi - tasking delivery of team
    Managing protocol for maintaining process update and new structure
    Should hold valid passport and be willing to travel

    Qualifications
    Graduate / PG Diploma with minimum 10 years of BPO operations experience with 6 years in hardcore inbound operations.

    Institutionalize a strong focus on productivity with improved procedures
    Maintain organizational culture centric business acumen keeping in mind existing employee strength
    Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required and projects on black belts desired
    Provide both onsite and offsite revenue structure to management for comparative analysis
