    Meeting the target for Admission from Colleges and educational institutions
    Lead Generation : Conducting Seminar and generate prospective walk-ins. counsel prospective applicants/guardian on the admissions process and opportunities
    Meeting B2B College Collection targets.
    Area Development, Branding & Marketing : Find out the dry area and work on branding immediately with low cost effective logistics
    Competitor Awareness & Market Trend Analysis
    Relationship Building
    Annual Planning for admissions
    Develop network to help acquisition of students
    Acquire students by visiting schools, fests, seminar, career counseling session, education fairs, road shows and other marketing & admission activities.
    Day to day monitoring of sales team & prepare reports
    Entire support of sales & admission team members and regular training session of the junior team members.
    Create an active data bank of prospective students, & enhance their level of interests for candidate enrollment.
    Represent ICA to prospective students and parents
    Welcome prospective students by processing paperwork; documentation; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; conducting follow-up activities such as letter writing, SMS, E-mailer and phone-calling campaigns.
    Implementing new technology and resources; redesigning systems relevant to student acquisition.
    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    Active participation in Marketing, branding & admission activities (both indoor and outdoor)
    Flexible in frequent travelling (In & out station visits / tours) etc.
