    Roles and responsibilities 

    Digital Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor Role)
    Reports to - EVP Strategic Partnerships

    The Digital Marketing Managers role is to strategize, execute and analyze overall marketing initiatives resulting into qualified business leads and revenue generation

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of a company
    • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space
    • Drive website traffic and acquire leads
    • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools
    • Build and manage rich contents like blog posts, ebooks, webinars, whitepapers, infographics, reports, etc. which attracts qualified traffic
    • Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email
    • Propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns
    • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging inbound marketing, SEO, email, mail campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
    • Deliver effective editorial plan and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives
    • Measure and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
    • Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive the demand for the brand
    • Develop editorial calendar
    • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
    • Analyze web traffic metrics
    • Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules
    • Promote the brands products and services on various social media channels
    • Build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research
    • Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the companys social content visibility
    • Achieve audience engagement, website traffic, and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Extensive experience in using email marketing tools like Pardot, Mailchimp, Sendgrid etc.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Bachelors degree in marketing domain with 6 years of experience

    • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
    • Keen attention to detail

    Work Conditions
    • Standard work timings 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST (Mondays to Fridays)
    • No office cabs/transportation provided
    • On-call availability and periodic overtime
    • Sitting for extended periods of time

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
