    Primary Job Description

    Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM.
    Knowledge of B2B sales, marketing.
    Highly proficient in developing and executing strategic sales & marketing programs that are focused on building market awareness, creating demand generation, driving revenue, and consistently achieving business goals.
    Coordination with Pre-Sales Team for Pre-Sales Technical activities and Capable of quickly churning out Proposals
    Ensure campaigns are executed as per finalized plan and meeting objectives and metrics.
    marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    Work with marketing leadership for management of Salesforce data and development of custom reports or data extracts
    Participate in strategic planning and development of strategies with the executive team
    Assist Sales team for developing proposals, delivering proposals within time bound SLAs (standard templates and custom templates)
    Develop market, account and prospect intelligence
    Assist executive team in development of cross-sell, up-sell opportunities
    Develop strategies for Xybion Market leadership in the region / country.
    Effectively engage, manage & drive partners.
    Good Knowledge of Xybions Offerings and capability to map
    customer requirements to our offerings besides ability to give
    presentations, first level technical discussions
    Knowledge of Competition
    Knowledge of Industry & Market
    Prior Experience needed Experience working or directing development with CMS platforms and undertanding CMS architecture such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, HTML5, PHP etc. Experience of working with CRM and Marketing automation tools.
    Education MBA in Marketing, or International Business, MBA General Management with relevant industry experiece.BPharm or Bachelors or Masters in Life sciences preferred.
    Skills Content Marketing, Content Creation, Marketing Communications, Creative Development, Marketing Automation, Marketing Technology.
    Sales Automation Technology, CRM Database, Events, Partner Management, Analytics, Market Research.

    Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
    Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
    Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
