    Responsibilities -

    - To prepare a blueprint for Industry- Institute Collaboration for the university

    - To involve industrial personnel in teaching and learning process, curriculum design and to participate on the board / committees

    - To contact prospective employers to determine needs and to explain placement service.

    - To arrange on-campus interviews between employers and graduating students to facilitate placement of graduates

    - To plan for participation / organizing career fairs

    - To promote employer visitation and on-campus recruiting efforts and plans and organize on-site employer visits

Desired Candidate Profile


    - Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute

    - Preference would be given to candidate having at least 10 years of experience in similar profile with a reputed University / Higher Educational Institution

    - Preference would be given for candidates from top institutes with global exposure handling large volume of students

    - Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must have an intimate knowledge of the higher education landscape in India and internationally

    - Candidates with the will to drive the vertical completely by recruiting their own team and set up the policies
