    Role: ECM (Newgen) Architect 10+ years - Pune

    Job Description:
    • Strong experience in managing EDMS projects. 
    • Hands-on experience Business requirement gathering/analysis. 
    • Proven experience in solution design and development. 
    • Strong understanding of DMS Products. Experience on Newgen stack will be an added advantage;
    • Proven project planning and management experience. 
    • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. 
    • Understanding of the organizations goals and objectives. 
    • Superior Presentation, written and oral communication skills. 
    • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills. 
    • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. 
    • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
    • Experience working in a team-oriented & collaborative environment. 

    • BE/B. Tech/MCA with 12 years related work experience. PMP certified is an added advantage
