    Roles and responsibilities 

    Key Skills:

    Previous full life-cycle implementation experience with ERP (Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts, Assets, Job Cost, MIS Reporting) & HCM, inclusive of HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Accounting , Inventory applications.
    Background as a Software Developer Engineer/Software System Architect or Business Analyst in enterprise software products/services/applications.
    Should have a Proven System Architecture & Product Development Experience.
    Should have Excellent Knowledge on Database Performance Management.
    Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills.
    Ability to foresee and analyze.
    Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Strong Communication in English is Must.
    Willingness to travel Local/Abroad.
    Flexible to work in shifts.


    Prepare Future Development Road Map (Product Enhancements & Required Features List).
    Oversee Full ERP Development Life Cycle including Business Analysis, Architecture, Development , Testing & Documentation.
    Analyze/Study Competing Products and Develop Products which is ahead of competition.
    Assess/evaluate Customer requirements against scope of project, manage Development plan and schedule.
    Adhere to Strict Deadlines on Development & Customer Specific Customizations.
    Identify Risk area/deviations & consult relevant parties.
    Manage Software Development Team for Deliverables.
    Deal with a wide range of products .
    Work closely with in-house team as well as Consultants to ensure Quality Product Development.
    Responsible for Managing In-house Support & Implementation Team.
    Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the Engagement Manager and/or client.
    Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new functionality rollouts.
    Create new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements.
    Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
