    Graduate with 1- 2 years of experience handling business development and or end to end recruitment in a human resource consultancy.

    Responsible for 360 degree of Recruitment, Business development of the Organisation. Responsible for exploring, identifying and managing relationships with NON IT & IT companies.To ensure adequate funnel for each market, develop new market segments, achieve market share in select segments, and to develop new Client accounts and presenting our services. Strong contacts with Hiring/ HR Managers / Directors / MD & Project Heads. Understanding the Organization's functionality. Follow up with cold calls to initiate the business. Meeting Clients, Presentation, Negotiating, Business Tie - Up. Understanding the Client Needs ( Requirement ). Follow up the team for the deliveries. Involved in Recruitmentmodules of permanent Hire. Recruiting as per Client's requirement specifications. Guiding Team to generate resources through Recruiting tools, Employee referrals, Google/ Internet, LinkedIn, Networking sites, Job Portals, Education Institutes and Professional institutions. Responsible for screening the applicants through General Screening and Technical screening and shortlist the right applicant to process. Processing the candidates to the client. Arranging the candidates for the interviews according to the given schedule. Follow- up with the candidates until they are deployed, also follow- up for the status/ feedback of the candidates with Client.
