The Employee Relations and Policy SAN will be responsible for providing support for handling Employee Relations (ER) processes and disciplinary matters.
Handle/assist the lead investigators in reviewing the evidences/ information and preparing the analysis, including review and analysis of the Computer forensic report.
Prepare investigation reports.
Work with the People Advisor to recommend/ guide suitable action on low severity/complexity disciplinary/ ER matters.
Provide guidance, advice and solutions to People Advisors regarding interpretation of policies
Educate People Advisors on policies, to ensure that policy interpretation is accurate
Supporting design/ review of various processes and standard/ non-standard templates to ensure compliance with policies and business relevance
Documentation of the Employee Relations processes.
Respond to queries from People Advisors relating to policies, procedures and employee related matters.
Support team members in the investigation process by conducting initial fact finding exercise.

Education: Post graduate degree in HR
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Working knowledge of core HR processes, policies and employment law
Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
