    POSITION OVERVIEW
    We are looking for an enthusiastic fresh graduate that would like to start his career in a stimulating, fast moving, highly technological environment.


    About the role
    The Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) is a graduate program that focuses on two main components like Foundations curriculum and One or More Job Rotations.
    Foundations program equips every ELP employee with skills and knowledge to be successful as a leader at National Instruments. Incorporating a best-in-class blend of training, coaching, and on-the-job experiences. To best achieve the learning objectives your primary work activities during the first six months will be to provide technical support.
    After Foundations, your responsibilities will be determined by the functional rotation in which you participate, which could include technical support and sales development.

    Duties and Responsibilities as technical support engineer


    Deep understanding and learning of NI products portfolio
    Understand customers' problems or challenges, find a creative technical post-sales solution to maximize customer satisfaction and follow-up with customer to provide a great user experience
    Delivering customer education for core products with clear explanations of technical content and answering questions. Ensuring adaptability of the content and explanations to match the skill level of the customers
    Support internal customers:
    Sales: providing technical support, developing Proof of Concepts (POC's), generating highly qualified sales leads
    Marketing: attending and presenting at seminars and roadshow



    Duties and Responsibilities as sales development engineer
    Providing professional consulting for customer applications regarding National Instruments products
    Qualifying inbound calls and leads in order the create an healthy opportunity pipeline.
    Collaborating with Field Sales, specialist and vertical experts to ensure Sales success
    Representing National Instruments on trade shows and other events, communicating with customers and providing high quality consulting


    Qualifications and Skills
    Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Computer,

    Aerospace Engineering
    Technical aptitude and a thorough understanding of electronics and high-level programming languages
    Experience in instrumentation & control, industrial automation is preferred
    Must be able to handle multiple tasks
    Must enjoy working with people and contribute to the team success as well as working tenaciously in order to meet or exceed personal goals
    Strong customer focus and problem solving to analyze the problem and think creatively to provide a solution
    Willing to put self in unfamiliar situation in order to learn and to identify new areas of learning
    Able to identify issues, problems and opportunities and choose appropriate actions
    Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are key
    Fluent spoken and written English
    A proactive/can do attitude is vital
