Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the Exchange Server on-premise infrastructure and managing the Exchange Online service.
  • Manage service requests & monitor Service health.
  • Tracking and escalation of incidents with Office 365 technical support.
  • Evaluate the potential need for additional services not currently employed in the existing Office 365 applications.
  • Experience working as a member of a team to implement, migrate and deploy both MS infrastructure and MS Office 365.
  • Analyses & solve complex issues in coordination with internal teams and/or external Partners.
  • Knowledge transfer to other support teams (discuss issues, write manuals, etc.).

Essential Skills

  • In-depth Knowledge of all Windows OS
  • Troubleshooting of problems/issues.
  • Ability to perform Root cause analysis on the problem/issues published and find the appropriate solution.
  • Antivirus knowledge.
  • Basic Project Management Knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2013/2016, Office 365/Exchange Online and core elements: Active Directory, Federation Services, DNS, hybrid Configurations, Mail Flow and Connectors, Outlook client configuration, PowerShell, SMTP, SSL/TLS, Authentication, mail encryption.
  • A solid understanding security practices within the server/exchange environment.
  • Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with customers and other internal teams at a peer level.
  • Exchange Online & Exchange Hybrid Administration.
  • Office 365 license management, User & Group management, etc.).
  • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
  • Microsoft DirSync (Azure AD Connect) and AD Integration.
  • Active Directory.
  • Microsoft Azure AD.
  • PowerShell.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7 to 8 years of experience in system administration / IT Client support (both onsite and remote).
  • 5+ years- engineering experience with Windows Server and Exchange technologies.
  • Experience working in large corporate environments and have prior IT support experience working with Office 365.
  • Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios.
  • Experience in working with ITIL framework.
