Attend Inbound & Outbound calls.

Good typing skills (Quality & Speed)
Good communication skills
Ability to handle telephonic conversations
Good Listening & Comprehension skills
Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shift
Work experience: 0 to 0.6 years in BPO
Educational qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduates
Age: 18 years onwards
