    Executive Assistant to the CEO
    Executive Assistant to the CEO creates capacity within the organization for the CEO and other executives to focus on the most critical aspects of their jobs job. This position will be exposed to an extremely wide range of responsibilities, including conducting research, preparing presentations, participating in external and internal meetings, subsequently preparing notes and action items, following up with responsible parties on action items, and office and personal administrative support. For the right individual, this role will provide an opportunity to learn what it takes to lead and manage a company. This is accomplished by performing a variety of general office activities and working on special projects. This position requires a degree is life sciences.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    Coordinating projects for BioGenex's CEO, some of which will require an understanding of the companys products, technologies, and strategic partnerships.
    Managing the CEOs workflow and priorities by managing his schedule, email, filing systems and anticipates next steps and issues.
    Conserves CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
    Maintains CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and domestic and international travel.
    Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
    Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    Proactively identifies ways to improve efficiency and efficacy in the leadership team operations and office systems.
    Supports the CEO by performing personal tasks such as meeting contractors at United States residence, managing purchases and deliveries, making payments on behalf of the CEO.
    Assists CEO with projects as needed.

Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings.
    Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
    Technical Skills - Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with others.
    Interpersonal Skills - Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others' ideas.
    Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree required, preferably a Bachelors of Science degree. 2-3 years of experience working as a project coordinator or assistant highly preferred.
    Language Skills: Must possess the ability to absorb, analyze, and clearly articulate technical information, government regulations, and business strategies. Must possess the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must possess the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of All Microsoft Office Programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher, and Power Point. Fluency in Project Management software preferred.
