Desired Candidate Profile

    The role of the Executive Assistant is to support the Executive Director in his daily administrative matters.
    Coordinating all appointments of the Executive director.
    Must act as the EDs first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
    Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and occasionally travelling with the Executive Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
    Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate. Meetings and greetings at all levels of seniority.
    Organizing diaries to schedule the upcoming meetings/appointments/conference calls/ traveling plan etc.
    Taking notes or minutes of the meeting to update Executive Director.
    Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Executive Director.
    Organizing meetings and ensuring the Executive Director is well aware for meetings.
    Replying to all the correspondence that comes for the Executive Director and on time.
    Prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
    Calendar management
    80 % stationed, 20% travelling.

Education-

UG: B.B.A / B.M.S - Management

PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Other Management
