    Lead a 200+ development team
    in Mumbai and Bangalore supporting CIO/Treasury Firmwide Intraday Liquidity
    & Cash Position Management functions and the Treasury Services Global
    Liquidity & Account Shared Services (GLASS) and the Global MassPay
    businesses.



    As we evolve our architecture and align functional components, significant
    opportunity exists to be a key leader in driving the convergence of the
    technology estate utilizing a mixed model of innersourcing techniques and
    building business aligned feature teams.




    · Provides staff and
    technical oversight for India based GLASS, IDL, Cash Mgmt, FX-ACH, and Atlas
    software development teams

    · Manage core component
    build out to eventually support in an innnersourced model allowing E2E
    feature teams to extend based on developed standards - serve as incubator to
    build out a true pan-group innersource team covering the services within our
    estate that will also extend FTPS in the process

    · Develop highly functioning
    and self-sufficient feature teams that can work with E2E delivery teams for
    specific portfolios/programs

    · Work in conjunction with
    global peers to deliver E2E solution for Liquidity, Account Services, Intra
    Day liquidity

    · Build out shared services
    capabilities utilized by wider Banking technology estate

    · Drive convergence of
    testing tools

    · Serve as India lead for CBT
    area for local agendas (Power ups, hackathons, location strategy, other
    matters as needed)

    · Serve as technical mentor
    to staff

    · Utilize agile best
    practices with Operational stakeholders to develop operational and production
    management tooling and automation


    · Manage overall software
    quality of development teams

    · Ensure that India team
    members acquire necessary business and technology skills to be productive in
    the FTPS ecosystem

    · Serve as owner for other
    shared/common services as agreed with manager and peers



    Specific Interaction on Portfolio/Programs


    · IDL & Cash Position
    Mgmt: Strengthen existing feature teams that deliver on par with other
    globally distributed teams and stand up new fully capable teams. Address
    Testing automation shortfalls. Provide local Operate team (level three)
    oversight for IDL and Cash Mgmt applications. Work in conjunction with
    Technical peers and IDL program leadership on monthly deliveries and process
    improvements. Service as local face off to Product and Operations for IDL
    & Cash Position Mgmt activities. Drive team to package components they
    build in a way that could be eventually innersourced. Look for efficiency
    opportunities with GLASS and other functional areas



    · GLASS: Finish central
    component build out of core GLASS capabilities with an expressed goal of
    innersourcing the capabilities. Reorganize existing teams and strengthen with
    supplementary hires several E2E feature teams that could work on either of
    the GLASS Groups’ priorities (Account Services or Liquidity). Work with
    Account Services and Liquidity vertical leads on overseeing E2E delivery of
    project related deliverables. Work with central Quality Engineering team to
    integrate automated testing tools (Rev with Cockpit). Continue to drive high
    percentages of automation while encouraging more development oversight for
    owning tests. Look for efficiency opportunities with IDL & Cash Position
    Mgmt and other functional areas




    · Global MassPay (FX):
    Provide Feature teams for FX ACH deliveries. Help abstract FX services for
    eventual reuse by other teams (either innersource or shared libraries). Look
    for efficiency opportunities with other functional areas



    · FTPS Horizontal Services:
    Support FTPS Horizontal lead in cultivating India-based talent and driving
    development culture transformation (e.g. craftsmanship, Dev Ops Enablement)
    for Quality Engineering, Dev Ops Enablement, and UI Strategy &
    Frameworks



    · Techno-functional expert with 15+ years of experience in architecting, building and supporting scalable multi-tenant distributed applications for product and financial companies
    · Experience driving large scale technology transformation efforts using Microservices and BigData.
    · Excellent understanding and hands on experience in Design Patterns, J2EE Frameworks, Microservices , Big Data , IOT Concepts, Database Design , Service Oriented Architecture , Messaging Middleware ,latest UI development frameworks ,Cloud and Data Warehousing.
    · Domain expertise in Commercial Banking areas like Account Services, Virtual account management, Liquidity management, Deposits, Physical cash concentration and Payments is a plus
    · Expertise in developing automation solutions around problem and change management domains which includes Alert management, Work order management, Incident management and Change control
    · Sound knowledge of Development methodologies like Agile and SDLC
    · Decisive leader capable of mentoring, leading and managing multi-sited technical teams comprising of distributed skill sets, while ensuring judicious resource allocation and utilization.
    · Solutions oriented professional with excellent skills in collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients and deploying technology to build successful solutions for Clients.
