The incumbent shall be responsible for supporting the Lead - Learning & Development in handling training coordination on pan India basis, across the group companies.
Identify training needs through interactions with function heads and Performance Management System.
Conducting research, content creation and preparing presentations for various training modules.
Rolling out Training Calendar, managing training schedules and ensuring adherence as per the needs identified.
Deliver behavioral training like managerial effectiveness, personal effectiveness, communication skills etc.
Support in chalking out Leadership level development programs.
Coordinating with various vendors, assessment centers, workshops, seminars and open house training programmes.
Follow up on nominations and feedback from participants and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Coordination with vendors and accounts department with regards to payments.
Maintaining MIS of training records, training man days and cost.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Smart pleasing personality with good interpersonal & organizing skills.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
