To act as an interface between the Customers and Engineering/Sales department of the Company.
Advising and explaining customers on the amenities of the flats.
Maintain regular communication with the customers with regards to progress of construction work, customization of flats, and possession of flats in coordination with the Sales Department.
To handle and resolve interim customer complaints.
Issuing refund or compensation to the customer in coordination with the Sales Department.
Develop feedback procedure for complaints redressal.
Keeping a record of nature of complaints, unresolved complaints etc.
