    1. Drive the implementation of the performance measures for the team.
    2. Track attendance & leave management of the team Daily/ Weekly respectively (Roster & Attendance Management).
    3. Conduct daily huddles and document huddle activities with action plans.
    4. Provide feedback to Operations Manager on the performance of team members - Weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly.
    5. Provide support by taking initiatives like training, taking calls for 1 hour everyday, organizing employee engagement events, process presentations, quality initiatives etc.
    6. Abide/adhere to ERC Floor policy, ERC process guidelines, HR Policies.
    7. Abide by the reporting requirements for the National Team and the specified Timelines thereto if any.

Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
