    Eligibility Criteria:

    Location: Pune

    Gender: Male

    Qualification : BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instru or allied streams except Civil

    Engineering

    Experience : 12 - 24 months in a Manufacturing / Trading company dealing in engineering products working

    in similar function OR Fresh Candidates can be considered if found willing to train themselves and work in

    Sales Department

    Candidates with own 2 wheelers and having a valid driving licence will be preferred. 2 wheeler expenses for

    field visits will be reimbursed as per the company norms.

    Skill Set Required

    Should be fluent in Spoken & Written English , Spoken Hindi

    Should be ready to travel extensively within the allocated region

    Should be able to communicate effectively both with external as well as the internal Customers.

    Should have a natural flair for Sales and be ready to achieve the Monthly Sales Targets.

    Should be a good learner , enough to acquire the adequate Product knowledge in the course of training

    period.

    Should possess ( or be able to acquire) adequate working knowledge of Commercial terms and conditions ,

    commercial documentation , Taxes etc. related to the Sales process.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Searching for Potential New Customers

    Increasing Market penetration Field Visits to the Target customers on a regular basis

    Understanding customer \ 's technical requirements and suggesting a Product or Service suitable for that

    customer

    Forwarding the generated Sales enquiry to the Internal Sales department for making the quotations.

    Liaising with the other members of the Sales team and other related departments.

    Active followup on the hot cases and generation of adequate Sales funnel and providing the Weekly Sales

    reports to the management.

    Order Negotiation and Finalisation

    Payment Followups

    Organizing Customer Visits to our Factory

    Organizing Technical Product presentations at the customer end.
