    Job Title: Senior Officer (Female)

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

    Finance Analyst has support finance manager to manage the day to day financial activities of the plant; control its financial resources and ensure that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.


    DUTIES % OF TIME
    Maintain financial standards. 10%
    Support MIS reporting. 10%
    Maintain Account Receivables 35%
    Fixed asset accounting 30%
    Participant in financial audits 10%
    Supervise employee performance. 05%
    Plus from time to time, any other activities that are deemed within your capability that you can carry out safely- -


    STANDARDS

    • Financial analysis and report, TDS, credit control, accounts receivable.
    • Monitor Weekly debtors and exchange rates, Inter-company, CWIP addition on monthly basis.
    • Ensure revenue, debtors, Inter-company Stock & in transit, scrap sale and other financial indicators proper accounting.
    • Ensuring monthly provisions Sale Commission , Warranty, Royalty, Export incentive, IFRS 9, IFRS 15, productivity, MIS entries, etc
    • Ensure timely Customer receipt, DN/CN entries. Follow up for advices Coordinating with bank for export receipts.
    • Track Monthly collection plan and share daily status.
    • Coordinate weekly AR review with Marketing department
    • Ensure customer credit limits in SAP.
    • Coordinate internal audits
    • Documents and monitors Management system requirements to insure the plant remains in compliance
    • Expert in Excel, SAP FICO.
    • Preparing capital CER as per AOP and allocating budget.
    • Ensuring monthly capitalization with Plant manager review.
    • Compute monthly CWIP addition for reporting.
    • Reconcile & post monthly depreciation in SAP as well as post purchase accounting entries.
    • Performance is regularly reviewed and documented
    • Develop any needed training plans for the Finance Department staffs
    • On an As Needs basis

    EXCEPTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

    • Assesses training needs and supports employee training, including communication of procedures and work practices to employees in their area of responsibility.
    • Communicates procedures and work practices.
    • Complies with applicable health, safety and environmental legal and other requirements.
