    Job Title: Financial Service Manager

    Function: Sales

    Location: (Multiple Locations)

    Reporting to: Manish Mudgal

    Purpose of the Job (Brief)

    A business development individual who would be responsible for promoting sales of financial services products in his respective territory. He will be responsible for sales of Insurance, Mutual funds and lending products from the large team of promoters under him. He /she will also be responsible for hiring and ensuring productivity of promoters. They would also be responsible for managing relationship with their corporates. In addition working very closely with the circle Zonal Managers for creating new opportunities .

    Deliverables (Maximum 3 -4 key responsibilities)

    1. Generating revenues from Insurance products
    2. Promoting sales of Mutual funds and lending products
    3. Hiring and nurturing team of promoters under him

    Decision level

    Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management

    1) Way of approaching the client Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis

    1) Relationship Building and getting jobs done from cross functional teams.
    Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others
    1) Establishing and Growing business

    Demostrate (Key competencies)

    Excellent channel management skills
    Excellent communication with local language as an advantage and 'people skills'
    Good planning and organizational skills
    Good innovation skills

    Educational Level : Preferably MBA

    Working Experience  4-7 years, preferably in Insurance or financial service industry
