To carry out fire audit of the system at all sites
To visit sites periodically and supervise the fire fighting works being carried out at sites
To train the outsourced staff in fire fighting & safety as required.
To create awareness among clients, tenants, residents about fire and safety.
Implementing and Monitoring safety procedures.
Take appropriate corrective and preventive actions
Conducting safety training programmes for all employees
Issue safety advices to complex management
Carry out accident investigation of selected accidents
Carry out safety inspections
Conduct safety audits
