Job Description Summary
The Solutions Marketing, Communications role is critical to the evolution of Cyient's marketing organization and go-to-market strategy as it focuses on developing and delivering more services and solutions across the customer's value chain. This global role will be a pivotal change agent and help establish marketing as a catalyst to drive market adoption and accelerate growth. The Solutions Marketer will lead the commercialization strategy, creating and executing integrated marketing programs that drive relevance, create access, and capture value across the Communications' industry segments and regions. In addition, this role will require collaboration with stakeholders and subject-matter experts in strategy, sales, marketing, and solution development to codify and define solution sales plays, create core sales enablement assets, and support and create content to support demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring inspirational and energized leadership, an ambitious spirit, and best-in-class marketing practices.
Market Evangelism : Clearly identify the channels and generate content with the SME/ BU leaders to bring out company's value proposition across new products/solutions launches, existing solutions re-positioning into new markets, and cross-sell of solutions. Ability to visualize the broad market trends and plan out marketing activities in close coordination with stakeholders for effective execution.
Marketing Plan: Develops integrated marketing plans that align with business and growth objectives. Plan and execute marketing activities, Global events participation and ATL/BTL activities for new areas of the company's business.
Market Intelligence : Capture the market intelligence across geographies through various channels and provide actionable insights to Sales.
Brand Positioning & Management : Adept on implementing strategies and brand coherence across Marketing channels i.e. Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. Focus on content generation and client engagement through websites & other Digital channels to bring out the company's value proposition across its solution offerings.
Marketing Collateral : Develops sales tool kits and ensures alignment between the sales pitch and company's differentiated offerings across the company's portfolio.
Budget Management: Manage relevant budgets for Marketing spend, and prepare quarterly and annual budgets.
Industry Alignment : Lead the engagements with Analyst groups in order to bring out the company's value proposition in line with the BU's growth strategy.
Branding : Finalise themes and ensure proper branding as per defined standards across various global facilities like COE, Delivery centres & Experience Centres.
