Accompany Manager on all new Client Welcomes for Office clients as allocated.
Provide excellent customer service aiming to exceed the clients expectation by being efficient, accurate and helpful.
Welcoming and greeting clients, announcing and directing them accordingly.
Answering screening and forwarding calls.
Coordinating with the housekeeping the upkeep and maintenance of reception area.
Meeting and Board room bookings management.
Organize security passes and office keys, ensuring that all necessary records are kept up-to-date.
Book travel, hotel, and theatre arrangements on request.
Monitoring Boardroom / meeting room / office bookings, LCD panel, video conferencing, and equipment booking for clients on request.
Monitoring day to day floor activities in coordination with support team.
Handling team of Housekeeping and Pantry Management.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate with Hospitality/Airlines Background will be preferred.
Only Female required.
Excellent Communication Skills
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 PA.
