    Primary role is managing large scale Transition and Transformation initiatives for this BPO projects globally through effective service delivery, brand development and relationship management.
    The candidate will need to understand & comprehend client requirements and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
    Support project initiatives, including identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs, budget considerations, time and resource estimates, defining the project scope and objectives, and getting business user sign-off.
    Participates in departmental strategic and budgetary planning processes; provides recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implements new/revised programs according to established guidelines.
    Overall management and co-ordination of the Project
    Defining the Project organization and ensuring Project resources are in place including managing and leading the Project team
    Effectively create, unify, and guide teams of people with disparate skills
    Promote firm development by taking initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships
    Structure ambiguous problems, develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, and develop recommendations for client solution implementation
    Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience
    Develop intellectual capital including new and insightful frameworks and analysis
    Be a strong team player and developer of consulting staff
    Manage and collaborate effectively with team members of the consulting team and partner with cross-functional teams
    Role will require extensive travel (both within India and outside) and flexibility in working hours
    Must have minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in managing large scale BPO Transitions and solution development, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement; including experience in managing and leading teams
    Strong solution selling (consultative selling) expertise
    Comprehensive experience in building strategy and solution along with implementation
    Must have led mid and high scale projects in past, exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the programmes

    MBA or equivalent, preferably from a top-tier business school
    Project Management Professional (PMP or Prince II)
    Lean Six Sigma BB/MBB preferred

Salary: INR 30,00,000 - 35,00,000 P.A.
