  • To be a key planner, strategist and, implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth
  • Leading, mentoring and monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual and team targets.
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
  • Coordinating with Insurance companies for timely issuance of policies
  • To evaluate performance and monitor activities for deeper market penetration and improved market share
  • Advising the agency force with the regular update
