1. Should have rich experience in Marketing/Merchandising of 15+ years in the apparel industry 2. Will be responsible for marketing, business development along with Order Execution 3. Should have excellent contacts with brands, buyers and buying offices within India as well as internationally and should be able to bring in orders from the beginning itself 4. Strengths in fabric , costing with good sense of planning/ supply chain is a must 5. Must be thorough with the complete Merchandising processes including Pre-Production & Bulk 6. Review category wise capacity and take orders accordingly. 7. Developments in accordance with the buyers requirements 8. Create Visibility for all concerned on development status, order status and revenue target achievements 9. Risk Assessment of each order and supports required to plug the gaps 10. Engage with planning on materials in house dates. 11. Must have travelled internationally on previous jobs to buyers / vendors 12. Exceptional team player with Company goals as priority. 13. Should be open to travel extensively within India and overseas 14. Should have strong and pleasing personality with strong PR and presentation skills 15. Needs to be well versed/adept at working with factories on execution of orders
