    Roles and responsibilities 

    - Responsible for litigation, legal notices, keep records of all licenses & compliances and all litigation matters

    - From F&B or FMCG handling manufacturing compliances

    - Familiar with FSSAI, Drug adulteration laws, terms of sales deeds etc

    - Litigation, to give business the edge by pre-empting its needs [foolproof agreements etc]

    - Support filing of cases & defend cases filed against Company - criminal & Civil

    - Handle of S/138 cases, consumer case notices, recovery, defamation, attend court & liaison with advocates

    - Well networked with court & government authorities; manage all external legal interface; handle senior counsel

    - Should have hands on experience in domestic business & not only advisory role

    - Experience in IPR and trademarks preferred

    - General non litigation & contracts proficiency
