The Guest Service Associate Reservations is responsible to assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the 's Brand Standards.
Required Candidate profileIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience in either Reservation or Front Office in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
